The Origin
Who He Is

I have always built things that actually move the needle.

I am a product and technology leader with 9 years of experience building AI-powered platforms, leading data and digital transformation initiatives, and managing cross-functional teams. I have worked inside early-stage startups, nonprofits, and enterprise consulting firms, and I am equally comfortable as a product owner, business architect, or fractional technology officer.

My track record is built on shipping products that cut operational costs, automate manual workflows, and give leadership real visibility into what is happening inside their business. I am known for translating ambiguous problems into engineering-ready requirements and measuring success by outcomes, not activity.

I build products. I run a Top 100 Apple Podcast. I have a clinical background in neuromuscular therapy. I have managed attorneys, offshore developers, and cross-functional teams across time zones. I have presented to boards, built MCP servers, closed enterprise deals, and traveled to six of seven continents. Every one of those things connects.

Jr. Solutions Architect and Product Owner of Training
ConnectALL -- Pasadena, CA
I built the internal and external training program from the ground up. Server provisioning, curriculum creation, scheduling. Turned ad-hoc client onboarding into a repeatable system that actually scaled. This was where I learned that if you want something done right, you build the system around it.

2018
Solutions Architect and Technical Sales Development Rep
ConnectALL -- Remote
I built the SDR program from scratch, managed a team of three, and generated $2.5M in pipeline in the first nine months. 500+ customer discovery calls fed directly into roadmap planning. I maintained 90%+ CSAT handling L1 through L3 escalations while also driving a 30% feature adoption increase through targeted campaigns. All of that happening at the same time.
Mar 2018 to Apr 2021
Sales Engineer and Product Solutions Lead
Akumina (Digital Workplace SaaS, $50M Revenue) -- Remote
I delivered 50+ pre-sales technical demonstrations to C-suite executives and closed 90% of inbound leads, exceeding quota by 10%. I designed custom digital workplace solutions that increased account retention by 15%. Tailored solution design wins more durable relationships than generic pitches. That was proven here.

Solutions Architect and Product Strategist
ConnectALL (Value Stream Management Platform) -- Remote
200+ product demonstrations to enterprise prospects. 30% increase in global B2B adoption. 20% reduction in time-to-value. Oct 2021 to Sep 2023
Business Architect
phData (Snowflake Elite Partner, $133M Revenue) -- Remote
I served as the strategic bridge between technical teams and executive stakeholders across high-dollar data and AI engagements. I led stakeholder discussions that translated vague business requirements into structured backlogs across teams of up to 50 people. I delivered executive-level presentations that secured buy-in for innovation roadmaps across Snowflake and Databricks implementations worth millions.

Product and Operations Manager
Georgia Probate Lawyers -- Hybrid
I managed a team of 20, including four attorneys and four offshore developers in Chennai, India. I led the product roadmap for GaProbate Connect and implemented Zapier and Pega automation that reduced AR backlog by 60% in six months and brought $3M+ into active management. I delivered a 15% operational cost reduction and cut meeting durations by 30% through Lean and Agile. Every single metric here came from decisions I owned.
Jun 2024 to Feb 2025
Community and Technology Strategy Consultant
Forsyth County Family Haven, Inc. -- Cumming, GA (Hybrid)
I advised executive leadership on a multi-phase data warehouse and analytics strategy aligned with grant compliance and board-level governance. I co-developed a Power BI analytics portal that turned fragmented operational data into dashboards leadership could actually use. I also led a full website redesign and built the organization's Community Affairs and PR function from scratch.

Fractional Technology Officer
Various Companies -- United States
I am currently designing and building custom MCP servers that enable real-time communication between AI systems and business platforms. I am defining technology roadmaps for early-stage companies, architecting subscription-based digital education platforms from concept through infrastructure, and building API integration strategies that eliminate manual work across entire tech stacks. I give companies the senior technical and product leadership they need without the full-time cost.

In His Own Words
"I have sat in the room where the decisions get made, and I have been the person who made them. I have managed attorneys, engineers, offshore developers, and executive stakeholders at the same time. I do not need someone to hand me a playbook. I build the playbook, lead the team that runs it, and own the outcome when it is done."

The Craft
What I Bring to the Table

I have led the teams that built it, written the requirements that scoped it, owned the roadmap that sequenced it, and stood in front of boards to sell why it mattered. I do not just understand the work. I have managed it into existence.

Continents visited. Antarctica is next.

I have been to New Zealand, Australia, France, England, the Caribbean, and across the American Southwest. Every trip was intentional. I go places that push me outside what is comfortable and force me to see how other people live, work, and think.

Antarctica is on the calendar. When I get there, I will have stood on every continent on earth. That kind of follow-through shows up in everything I do.

Pain to Performance
with Bradlee Morgan

Top 100 Apple Podcasts -- Business and Health
The Show

Weekly expert conversations on pain science, nervous system health, stress, and human performance. No jargon. No ego. One goal: take something genuinely complex and make it land for the person who needs it.

I spent years getting real information out of people in high-stakes environments. Discovery calls. Requirements sessions. Executive presentations. I got really good at asking the question that gets to the actual answer. I decided to take that skill and put it somewhere everyone can hear it. Pain to Performance is what happened when a product manager's best skill met a microphone.
The Host
I have a background in neuromuscular therapy, pain science, and stress management alongside nine years in corporate tech and product development. I bring clinical knowledge and real communication skill into every conversation. My job on the show is simple: pull out what the guest knows in a way that the listener can actually walk away and use.

Why This Portfolio Exists
I Made My Process Public On Purpose
Most product managers do their best thinking behind closed doors. I decided to put mine out in the open. The ApplyMate series shows exactly how I think before anyone writes a requirement. Market framing, user pain, MVP scoping, success metrics, stakeholder assumptions. Week by week, in public, on Notion. If you want to know how I work, you do not have to guess. You can go read it.
